MiaAI connects shoppers with products from leading European fashion retailers and brands. When users choose to purchase a product, they are redirected to the retailer's website to complete their purchase. We participate in affiliate programmes through networks including AWIN, Rakuten Advertising, and Impact to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

The platform is built using modern AI and data infrastructure, including advanced language models for conversational styling (powered by Anthropic's Claude), semantic vector search for product discovery, a fit prediction engine trained on brand-specific sizing data, and secure European cloud infrastructure with full GDPR compliance.

All AI recommendations are clearly labelled as AI-generated, and users can view, modify, or delete any data the system has learned about them — in full compliance with the EU AI Act and GDPR.
